Welcome to our comprehensive healthcare data model repository, dedicated to centralizing access to open-source healthcare information models.

Currently, the platform specializes in displaying OpenEHR archetypes through an intuitive interface. Our system integrates with selected public OpenEHR repositories hosted on GitHub, providing examples of standardized healthcare data models. While these repositories showcase significant OpenEHR implementations, they represent a curated selection rather than an exhaustive collection of all OpenEHR repositories.

The system maintains synchronization with the source GitHub repositories through periodic updates. Please note that there may be a brief delay between GitHub repository updates and their reflection in our displayed models.

This site is purely for the display of data models, it does not provide any editing or creation capability for data models.

It is recommended that the openEHR Archetype Designer tool at https://tools.openehr.org/ is used for creating and editing archetypes.
The Clinical Knowledge Manager tool (CKM) at https://ckm.openehr.org/ckm/ is the most mature tool for the formal review and collaborative management of archetypes.
